Dr Campbell will warmly welcome you personally when you arrive at his office.

You will be given a patient intake form that covers the usual medical history questions like what brings you seeking chiropractic care. Boxes for you to check indicating if you have had specific medical illnesses or surgical procedures over your lifetime.

Then, Dr Campbell will walk you into his treatment room, where he will ask any questions that your answers on the intake form bring to his attention and require deeper analysis.

Following the completion of the intake form, with your permission, Dr. Campbell will conduct a non-invasive physical examination. This examination may require you to remove your shirt only and put on a medical gown so he can see the skin of your back, looking for any scars or recent injuries, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout the process.

After the examination, Dr. Campbell will discuss his findings with you. This will include any spinal joints not moving well and how these findings relate to the aches or pains that led you to seek chiropractic care. This discussion is designed to ensure that you are fully informed about your health and the proposed treatment plan.

Then, depending on what Dr Campbell has learned from listening closely to you describe what is going on with your health that you would like to improve concerning the findings of your physical exam, he will explain his treatment plan to return you to ideal health.

You will also receive a referral to get spinal X-rays at one of several medical locations that are most convenient for you.

Based on any questions you have, Dr. Campbell will either suggest that he can begin chiropractic therapies after all your questions have been answered, or he may recommend waiting to see the X-rays of your spine at your next visit before starting chiropractic therapy to begin your journey back to ideal health.
